DOCUdavit Medical Solutions will scan and store your
inactive patient records. The benefits of this service are
obvious and immediate giving you back your valuable space
for quicker and easier access to your active patients
patient records. DOCUdavit Medical will also provide all
copy and transfer services should one of your inactive or
active patients require a copy of their records. The cost
of scanning and storing inactive records are competitive
and simple. We charge per standard banker’s box (30
litres, up to 2,000 pages). This cost can be paid all at
once or can be extended up to a 10 year term. We will
also provide a patient transfer credit on all copies done
by DOCUdavit Medical allowing you to reduce or eliminate
the cost of storing your inactive patient records.
As part
of this service you will receive the following:

Maintain patient medical records for 24 months in paper
form.
- Maintain,
in electronic format, a copy of the patient medical
records for a minimum of 10 years.

Convert patient medical records to digital storage.

Provide Doctors a copy of the patient medical records in
digital format in and easy to access DOCUdavit Medical
record viewer.

Perform authorized patient record transfers for patients
for a reasonable fee in paper or electronic format.

DOCUdavit Solutions Inc. will issue a “Patient Transfer
Credit” equal to a portion of the fees received from
Patient Record Transfers. Patient Transfer Credits may
also be used to reduce the storage costs.
